To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The STATUS of the device right now (does it work well, hold a charge, etc.)?
2) The AGE of the device?
3) What exactly do you want to update (device software, Maps, etc.)?
If you wish to cancel your question, you should be able to do that from the "My Account" link on your side of this system.
