Try using Caddie Sync with your SkyCaddie watch.
Select your computer's operating system (i.e. Windows version, or MAC OS X version if an Apple computer) at the left, then click the big blue Download button.
(Note: be sure that your SkyCaddie watch is disconnected from the computer at this point.)
