If it's a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows. Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

I have paid everything they asked me to pay I need to talk to someone. How do I do that?

If you call your bank, you will see that the charges were probably rejected. On my end, the computer shows me whether phone support or remote support has been paid or not. Due to site policies I cannot call you or connect via a screen share unless those premium services are paid for. With that being said, did you try the reset steps from the video again.. As that reset is what we need to do to fix the language issue. Dustin S.
