For good measure, since youre in contact with me. We should update the software on your Garmin watch so that this does not happen again.

Its a process that i can either connect to your computer and do for you, Or I can tell you the steps on how to update the software so you can follow them.

To do that, I need to know whether you have a windows or a mac computer?

i have a window 10 but i need to know the cost first for the call and for the update

I cannot see your account, it appears to me that the cost is 34$ for written support.

If you wanted me to call you phone support is an additional 20$. But honestly, I think we can get by with written support as the update process is usually straight forward. But if you would prefer a phone call I can send the offer for that now.

since you did not have to give a written support i only answered a few question by the time i was waiting for answers i decide to try the my watch and it works so i think total of like agreed a $5 deposit until we agree on the service my account # *****
