Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your device.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) WHEN was the device last used successfully?
2) The AGE of the device?
3) WHEN this issue first began?
4) HOW LONG have you left the device connected to power before trying to turn it on?

Based on the AGE of the device and that is has not been (successfully) used for about a month, this COULD be a battery issue.
BUT, I would recommend that you connect the device to a HIGH CURRENT POWER source (such as the vehicle power adapter) and let the battery charge for AT LEAST ONE HOUR, and then try to power the device ON - to see if it will fully power up at that point.
NOTE: Using a USB port from a computer is LOW current, so double the time to charge if using a computer for power.
