1) The FULL Model Number of the device you are working with?
2) The AGE of the device?

I answered with the model number. In general I found this system impossible to work with. It would not display your answers in full and gave me no place for my reply. It demanded payment, said I had already been charged. I was finally able to solve the problem myself but your system was no help. I was not the least bit satisfied and have serious reservations about ever purchasing anything from Garmin in the future.
