Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your device(s).
To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) The AGE of the devices, and if either of them still work properly - with whatever software and maps that are already installed?2) Have you attempted to CHARGE either of these devices - to TEST how well they work?
NOTE: It also appears that you have TWO different brand names (Garmin & TomTom), and both of these device may be a bit "old" and limited.
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
