Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your device.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) Did you WAIT a while AFTER the computer said to disconnect the device - before physically disconnecting?2) I see you mentioned "Web Updater" ... have you tried the Garmin Express program yet?
3) Is/was your device FULLY charged, and is the battery still in good shape?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
