To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) Can you VERIFY the FULL Model Number of the device you are working with? If you can not find the model number, please try to find the SERIAL NUMBER (usually printed right next to a BAR CODE), so I can try to look it up.2) The AGE of the device?3) WHEN this issue first began (or when the device was last successfully use)?

I see your call request, but don't have an available phone line right now to be able to do a call (someone is using the line).
If you can GUESS at when the device was last successfully used, that may be enough information to proceed.
I didn't see a response back, but let me ask you a different question.
When you see that message on the screen (about no detailed maps), do you have an "OK" button or "back" button you can touch - to get out of that screen?
And can I assume you have the device with you, and try try some steps?
