To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) The FULL Make & Model Number of the device you are working with?2) The AGE of the device?3) WHEN this issue first began?

OK - assuming the device is charged up (was connected to some kind of charger for a few hours), it may just be stuck in a "standby mode" of some kind.
So let's try to power it up again, except this time, make sure it is DISCONNECTED from any power (remove it from any mount too), and push and HOLD the power switch - for up to about 45 seconds.
If you see the screen come ON, release the power switch - to allow the device to power up fully.
NOTE: it MAY take a couple of tries, so don't be afraid to try more than once.
