1) The AGE of your device and its operational condition (is it working or has an issue)?
2) What part of the system (software, maps, or both) are you looking to update?
I see that you attempted to do a call request, but I didn't see that request go through to my side of the system.
If you would like to try again OR respond to the questions I asked (I'll paste them again below), either of those would be good.
