OK - MOST computers & other devices can have multiple windows open, so if you can take a look at the Products page from Skycaddie, you should be able to identify the watch.
Also, so you have a "charge/data cable" - that came with the watch?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
