Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any trouble with the device.
May I ask:
1) The AGE of the device?
2) WHEN this issue first began (or was noticed)?
3) WHEN was the last time the device worked "normally"?
4) Can you CONFIRM that you can not get the device out of Preview mode and into Play mode?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
