2) Does the device still operate property, or does it have other issues?
3) What is the AGE of the device?

OK that number looks like a serial number, and I looked it up and comes back to a Nuvi 260W - does that sound correct?
Also, are you looking to update the maps that are on there now? If so, can you tell me what maps you have installed?
To see the maps installed, please look at the Map Info screen (steps below) and tell me EXACTLY what you see.
Start at the MAIN screen.
Touch Tools, then Settings, then MAP.
Touch the Map Info button (at the bottom of the screen).
