Customer Question

I have a Magellan 2120T. When powering it up, a blue screen comes on and says "Your device needs to be restarted to increase performance. Please wait while your data is saved." Then it turns off for a second, comes back on and repeats the cycle again and again. It never does power up.

Hi there,

this is likely caused by a software glitch.

Try updating the software and let me know if that helps:

I tried re-installing Content Manager, but it would let me reinstall the software.

wouldn't let me reinstall the software. It says there are no updates available

Hi,

If the software update doesn't work then the device will need to be returned to Magellan for updating at the factory.
