Hi there,

All you can do is remove the power from it so that it resets.

You have tried this??

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
of course. Have you ever reset this Radio to "delivery mode"on a Becker CDR23?
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Yes, by disconnecting it and leaving it sitting for a week.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Was this the original radio that came with the car or another one from a different
car?
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

The original radio.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That's why it worked. it was already programmed to the DME and immobiliser unit. That was not in "delivery mode". A new radio has to be in delivery mode to program to a new car.

a CDR -23 radio that has already been installed in a car will only work with that car's computer. if it is taken out and used in another car the programming has to be reset in the radio in order to program it to a new car.

When it has been reset, it is in "delivery mode" so I guess you don't know the procedure to do this.
