Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your GPS.

May I ask:
1) The FULL Make & Model Number of the device you are working with?
2) The AGE of the device?

Thanks

Hi again,

I didn't see a response back from my questions, but based on the phrases used, I will assume that this is a Garmin Automotive device (Nuvi, Zumo, etc.).

To delete "recently found" addresses, there should be a "Clear" button either on the recently found screen OR a "Menu" button (3 horizontal bars) that will make the Clear button visible.

Please look for that Clear button on the device and touch that button to delete ALL addresses on the Recently Found screen.

NOTE: The recently found list can ONLY be cleared - individual addresses can NOT be deleted one at a time.

Please let me know what you find or if you have more questions.

Thanks, ***** *****
