I am not able to download the info from my viofit . I have had it a little over a month and this is the first time I have had this problem. still wont download today. Date

Hello. My name is***** can help you with your question.

There is a soft reset you can try for this device. To do the soft reset press the button 5 times and it should show the firmware version on the 5th time hold the button down for 20 to 30 seconds until it resets. This should reset the device without clearing any of the data. If that does not work, let me know and I will continue to help.
