I have a nuvi2539lmt. It keeps on giving me an error message when I use Garmin Express to update it. It currently has 2 updates, but it won't download them. What do I do?

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of the issue you are having with updating your GPS.
May I ask:
1) What is the EXACT error message you are seeing?
2) Is this error message on the DEVICE screen, or the COMPUTER screen?
3) What type of computer (Windows, Mac, etc.) are you using?
4) Has the device EVER been updated SUCCESSFULLY in the past?
