Hello & Welcome to Just Answer, That sounds like the screen calibration routine. That usually only comes on when a device has not been charged up for a LONG time. So may I ask the AGE of the device and WHEN it was last successfully used? Thanks

Hi again, OK - what power source are you using - to try and charge the device?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Should it go away after charging
Expert:  Greg A. replied 1 year ago.
AND HOW LONG has the device been on the charger?

OK - that should be enough time to get a little charge. So what exactly happens - when you TRY to "press the dots" on the device screen? Thanks
