I am shocked that I have been charged for this service. I was of the understanding that I was using the free Helpline for Supershoptgps. At no stage did I dilulge any credit card numbers or agree for a paid service.
Could you kindly refund the two amounts that have been charged to my credit card as below.
3/6/15 $52.53
3/6/15 $5.15

I don't want to manage my account. I wish to cancel it and receive a refund as I don';t believe I agreed to any paid advice and certainly did not agree to paying $52.53 and $5.15 for this. I look forward to your reply.
