I recently purchased a Garmin Approach S5 watch and it has been working fine for about 3 weeks. I went to charge it this morning and it appears to not be taking a charge and the time is not correct. I am trying to charge it but the battery level is 0

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of the issue you are having with your device.
May I ask if the S5 was purchased NEW?
Also, had it been recharged (successfully) in the 3 weeks that you have been using it?
If so, are you using the same power source to charge the device now?
And have you cleaned the contacts of both the watch and the charging clip - with a bit of alcohol and a q-tip?
