We have just updated our maps on 760 and it has wipe all our information of our customers off. Is there any way the information can be retrieved.

Sorry for the delay - your question was likely not picked up by an expert because it is not good news.Unfortunately, once overwritten... there is no way to retrieve your data. This is why they have a tutorial right on the update page on how to save and restore your data once the update is performed.There is non-magnetic memory in the unit that once erased, is not retrieveable.Sorry - wish it were better news.Thanks!
This was not made clear on garmins website. it just there was a mapping update, no tutorial was mentioned. It was not made clear that it would be wiped clean.
