Pushed and held enter button. also on/off button

ElectronicsPete : Hello, I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
ElectronicsPete : You will need to try resetting your Garmin 310XT.
ElectronicsPete : To do this, press and hold down "mode" and "lap/rest" for a few seconds until the display clears.
