I have a newly aquired nuvi 1370 and while I can see the moving map and the sound is at 80% I get no verbal directions. It is possible that I did not register it correctly. Any help you can provide is appreciated

Thanks, I thought as much. Ok.. This may take several steps to fix, or it could take one. So lets try t his step first, and if it does not work. Then please wait to rate the answer and instead send me a reply so I can assist you with more steps. First step Touch tools, settings touch restore, touch yes. When it resets.. Turn the Nuvi off, then on.. Are the voice prompts working now?Please remember to rate the effectiveness of the answer given before you go, as thats the only way it shows whether or not I was able to help you.
