The light on my Tom Tom has gone out still hear instructions but can not see to set up route. Any help available?
Already Tried: Connected it to computer

So, depending on your model, you can replace the screen or send it in and let them fix it.
And your Tom Tom is no different than my Tom Tom...just different maps on it, that's all. Yours was built in China and so is mine.
The Reality is...it's the same price as the most inexpensive Tom Toms are.
If you have a top of the line model, the repair service will save you $100. If you have an entry level unit, you might as well get a new one with lifetime maps on it.
