Already Tried:
I have restating it, turned it off for 15 seconds then restart it. With no results

Hi

First try a soft reset :
Press (or slide) the power button and keep it pressed till the unit restarts.
OR ELSE, if you can find a reset hole on the unit (mostly at bottom), push in a pin to press the button inside to reset the unit.
Then take the unit to open sky for 20minutes

If problem persists do this :
Please update the unit software (free) using myTomtom software from the link below:
https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/mytomtom/getstarted/

Then take the unit to open sky for 20 mins.

If problem persists, then its a hardware failure and the unit needs to be repaired.

Hi Andy we have done 5 soft resets, and we are in Las Vegas, not a lot of open sky. There is no reset bottom on this model
