have not used tomtom in several months when I plug it in car, GPS will not locate

Hi my name isXXXXX are going to try two things to fix this. The first is a reset. In order to do this, click this link and pick your unit under the drop down menu. It will then explain how to reset the unit. After you have reset the unit, click here to download Tom Tom Home. Once downloaded, plug your unit into the computer and open Tom Tom Home. This program will update the software which should correct all problems.
