Zumo 550 - touch screen does not work - hard buttons do work.

Resolved Question:

Zumo 550 - touch screen does not work - hard buttons do work. Tried all steps in owners' manual. Pressed and held lower right hand coner - pressed power button - got the graph with one dot -"press here". Pressed dot - no additional instructions followed. Now what?

Hi,

Please recalibrate the touch screen:
  1. Make sure the zumo is turned off
  2. Press and hold the power button
  3. Continue holding the power button
  4. After approximately 30 seconds a small dot will appear
  5. Release the power button and accurately touch the dots in turn as they appear on the screen
  6. Once complete a message will appear, ‘Calibration Complete’, Touch OK
The screen is now calibrated.

First dot appeared in 12 0- clock position. Pressed first dot and second dot appeared in 3 0-clock position after waitng several seconds. Pressed second dot and third dot appeared in upper right hand corner after waiting a couple of minutes. Pressed third dot - no result. No fourth dot or message. Pressed third dot mulitpule times - nothing. Turned unit off and started over - same result.
