Hi, I am Mike, welcome. I'm reviewing your question.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

Wow, that is a tough question.

About all I can do is supply you with the wiring diagrams.

Are the power window and locks from the same year, make, model?

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

For instance, here are the 1996 GMC Pickup 7.4L Eng K3500 WIRING DIAGRAMS

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I put a fuse in the panel where it goes and I tested it with a test light and it lit up. How can I install it in the convenience fuse box
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

Is this a K3500 with the 7,4l? If not, I need to know what it is.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

I believe though the oem power seat was powered by a circuit breaker.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
It is k1500 with a 4.3
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

same as with the power windows, a circuit breaker.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Would I wire them into this
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

same wiring diagram,

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

What is that?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
That is the convenience fuse box
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

That is the convenience center

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

You want to use instrument panel fuse block located under driver's side of the instrument panel to the left of the steering column, behind a cover.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Can i hard wire the windows and locks to the convenience fuse box
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

It has the spot for the 2 circuit breakers.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

Why? Use the INSTRUMENT PANEL FUSE BLOCK, it already has the spot for the 2 circuit breakers.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I can't seem to find where they plug into that's why I asked if I should hardwire them in the convenience fuse box
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

Yeah you can, just a second,.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

Sorry, I cannot find an explanation of what those spots are I that convenience center.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 month ago.

I'll opt out, maybe alldata has that and I dont' have access to alldata but some experts on here do.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.

Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 1 month ago.

This is Factory Locks & Windows ....correct?
Do you have Plugs on the wires that go into the Cab?
IF so, can you post a picture of them
IF NOT, is it just wires that were cut off?
Can you post the colors?

Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 1 month ago.

Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 1 month ago.

so these are the Plugs that come out the Door jamb side of the door, that goes into the Kick Panel .....correct?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
correct
Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 1 month ago.

thanks.........will see if I can find the diagrams\

will post back in a few

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Ok thank u
Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 1 month ago.

sorry for the delay.............
After going thru a number of Schematics & Diagrams, I cannot find specific wire color / plug info on the Door Plugs or wires
The Manual shows the Plugs & Pins, but NOT the connection or function of each wire
The Plugs from the doors are connected to a "cross body" connector/s that connect the doors & also plug into the Convenience Center
Very sorry, but will OPT OUT & RELIST, as I have no further info

If someone else does, they will post here
