1993 GMC Cheyenne pick up truck 4WD v8 5.7 No power to the transfer case's Actuator
to engage front wheel power. where the 12 volts to the actuator come from? and is the
actuator the one located on the right side and front of the transfer case looking from the
front of the engine?

Yes, the actuator is right front of the front axle and is fed from the transfer case switch located left top of the transfer case and before that the 4wd fuse in the I/P fuse block.
