Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be helping you today.

Do you have a scan tool? If so does it communicate with the vehicle?

Does your odometer show the mileage?

Why did you replace the ignition switch?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
It will not communicate and there are 218,000 miles on the odometer

1. Access the splice pack under the left hand side of the dash. Remove the hush panel and check for a connector with all different colored wires with a metal "comb" connecting all the female terminals together.

2. Remove the "comb" and turn the key on, check for a varying voltage on each wire except the Purple wire.

3. If any wire shows something significantly different than any other wires, remove that wire and reinstall the comb. Check for scan tool communications to recover.

Let me know what you find.,
