Customer Question

I have a 2005 GMC envoy xl and can't locate the internal fuse box -- not under the rear drivers seat
JA: Have you found the car's fuse panel? Do you know what fuse number you need?
Customer: NO I can not find the box is it under the rear drivers seat in the XL ?
JA: Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: I'm trying to find the interior fuse box location on a 2005 GMC XL
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Great! What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes
JA: Is there anything else the GM Mechanic should be aware of about your GM?
Customer: Locking for the location of the fuse box
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the GM Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello and thank you for your question,

On your Envoy it should be under the second row seat on the left hand side. If you position the left second row seat to a cargo position you should see it . Is that where your looking?

The second row seat in my Xl ( seven passenger ) does not fold and store -- the back of the seat folds forward for storage

That should be the long wheel base , see the location in the link below. Copy and paste the link to your browser to open and view it.
