good afternoon my name is ***** ***** I will assist

I will attach a picture of replacing the fuel filter. the primer is at the fuel pump. another way you can bleed the system is to remove the screw or bleed screw at the top of the filter housing and crank the truck until fuel comes out. then replace the bleed screw.

also, if you re fill the filter, it will mostlikely start. just keep the rpms up until it smooths out
