Customer Question

Customer: GMC Yukon, 94, with a short of the right passenger seat and passenger side windows. I only use it at a cabin in the woods, so I left the fuse blown, today it has a short such that I cannot even jump it to start it
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: I think it is in the car seat heater; but I cannot figure out how to disconnect without disconnecting something important, i.e., airbags
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $18) to post your type of question to GMC Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. Are you willing to wait a bit?
Customer: sure
JA: OK. Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.
