I have 2003 GMC Yukon Denali XL 6.0L motor. It just started

I have 2003 GMC Yukon Denali XL 6.0L motor.
It just started running rough at idle with stalling.
Trouble codes; P0100, P0300.
It needed pplugs and wires which I changed.
Problem still exists.
Im wondering what I should do?

There has been a factory service bulletin, (not a recall) for that type of concern. It involves a software update for the vehicle’s computer and has to be done by a dealer, I hate to have to say.
