hi there, I am Cam, Can I get your first name please?

With your seat heaters, can you expand on that please? If you turn on back only of each seat, turning the key off between each attempt, do you still get nothing?

Do the lights in the heaters come on?

Do the seat motors and such work properly?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The seats move properly. The heat and cooling switches light up on the door but nothing is working on the seat.
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

Did this start all of the sudden or was it acting up over time?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I started all of the sudden

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I checked the fuse and it is ok.Do both front seats have their own module?
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

NO there is a single module that controls both.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
When I push the button on the drivers side or passenger side I can hear something click under one of the seats. But still nothing works on both front seats.

Do you have any means to check for codes in the body systems? If you don't, there is a device that works well. It's called a bluedriver. It connects to your smart phone via Bluetooth and will read all vehicle systems. To top it off its only 100$ and available through Amazon.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok I will get that and check for codes
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

.you won't regret it. Let me know when you get them.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I ordered the Bluedriver and will get it tomorrow.
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

Perfect. Reply then please.
