Jessica, did you remove the relay and inspect for corrosion/discolouration on the terminals?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes and replaced the relay as well
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
OK, if there was, did you look at the terminals in the fuse block? Is the terminal discoloured and the plastic melted?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No everything looked good
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
OK Jessica, if you take a wire and manually jump from pins 30 to 87 on the fuse block that the relay goes into, using the number stamped into the bottom of the relay, does the pump run?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Pump doesn't run. Had power there once on meter and now it's not showing power there on the meter
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
OK, the ECM and PCM B fuses are both good?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Where are those located?
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
in the underhood fuse block beside the relay.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Okay yes those fuses are all good
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
Does the ECM B fuse get power all the time?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes there is power all the time
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
OK, so if one of the pins 30 or 87 from the relay does not get power all the time and the fuse does, that means you have an open circuit in the fuse block.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Stupid question but where is the fuse for the fuel pump
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
It is the ECM B fuse.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Okay. What do I do about the op n circut
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
You can lift up the fuse block and see if you can repair the bad wire under it. Otherwise you can replace the fuse block.
