if not can you be sure there are NO blown fuses at all
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No check engine light and I couldn't find any blown fuses
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok I check the wrong fuse . I have 3 volts to the ECM fuse
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.
ok and the fuse is not blown ?
if its not can you tell me if the wipers will work ?
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.
also check for volts with the key ON at the wiper fuse and the turn b?u fuse with the key ON
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes they do . I have 14v at the wiper fuse but only 1.8 at the turn b/u fuse
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.
ok this is showing the ignition switch is not powering those fuses with the key ON
we need to get to the ignition switch bottom of the steering column and see if both big red wires show 12 volts at them next
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There is three and two show 14 and one shows 2v
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.
if you make a jumper and jumper one of those 2 reds with 12 volts to the red with 2 volts with leaving it plugged in will the check engine light come on ? and the truck run ?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes it did start but I had to remove the jumper to shut it off
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.
will that red wire that shows 2 volts will it show 12 with the key ON ?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
2v with key on
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.
ok
the problem is that red wire with only 2 volts
once that wire is fixed the truck should be fine
you need to follow that red wire and find where that wire is bad or a bad connection
the wire is big enough to be able to visually follow it into the fire wall and into the engine bay
