One moment while I look those up.
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
Ok so that fuse is dedicated for the amp. IT does not feed anything else. Does it pops you simply replace the fuse?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

yes

Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
OK, does it pop if the amp is unplugged? IF yes then your have a short in the wiring between the fuse and the amp. If no then your amp is faulty.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

how do i unplug the amp?

Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
Did you get to the amp yet?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

No, obviously there is a short but how do I find it? Is it possible down stream from the amp? I need to know how to access the amp in order to unplug it.

Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
Sure thing. one moment, let me get you some diagrams.
Expert:  Gm Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
So the cup holder pops out. Then you need to remove the side panels ( in diagrams), then remove the bolts that hold the centre console in. Normally we need to remove the front seats but I think you can get those bolts out and lift the console out. Once under there you can unplug the amp and find the short or replace the amp as needed.
