do you have the actual code???

also, can you perform a manual re gen???

Roy

Customer: replied 5 days ago.
no code appears on the screen. this is a DEF level monitoring issue. Not a re gen of the DPF filter issue
Expert:  Roy Belding replied 5 days ago.

yes, I understand but the verification is a re gen. I am reading it now. low def can also indicate a clogged injector for the def system and the system thinks it is low in fluid.

how are you making out

Customer: replied 4 days ago.
I was able to get to the dealer before my speed was limited. They tried a re gen and resetting the DIC. Worked for a few miles then showed 10% fluid left. They are looking at it further. Unfortunately seems like faulty sensor or something. More than an easy fix. Thank you
