I have a 2007 suburban with a 5.3 Afm I need the total torque for the 10 big bolts and the five little ones
JA: Do you have the torque specs?
Customer: I have diagram for sequence on the head bolts that's it
JA: Are you fixing your Suburban yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes and I have the head bolts on and just barely touching the head
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

These are tightened by the torque angle method to evenly stretch the bolts. Do you need the tightening procedure?

I am trying to explain there is no "Total torque" spec. You tighten the bolts then turn each the specified angle to the final position. Do you want that procedure?
