Do you have a digital volt meter and a test light so we cn do some testing?

With the ignition switch in the run position, and the blower motor switch set to high, use your meter to see if you have 12 volts on the orange wire for the blower motor relay under the hood next to the blower motor resister.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Give me the things I need to test
Expert:  kalamykid replied 5 months ago.

I gave you things to test, but you will not test them. I can not give you any other tests to do till I know what has voltage on it and what does not.
