Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you out with your question.
You should have a blade in the key fob, you have to remove a cover on the outer door handle to access the lock.
Just use the key blade to pop the cover off and unlock the door.

It might, just start it and the alarm should go off.
The vehicle battery could be dead.
That would cause both remotes and the locks not to work.
Probably not a dead battery. Could be a security system issue.
No, it is all integrated in the engine computers etc.
Were you able to get in to it?
My service department is closed tomorrow, only sales is open. You probably have to wait until Tuesday. Have a good weekend.
I'm sure most dealers are the same.
