2006 hummer H3, brake light/turn signal in the rear drivers

Customer Question

2006 hummer H3, brake light/turn signal in the rear drivers side only stays illuminated at all times. Even without key in ignition. Replaced and adjusted brake switch, checked all wiring to tail lamp from BCM. (All good). I'm suspecting the BCM as culprit. I have LED tail lights and swapped the right and left lamps and the lamps operate normal when installed on passenger side.
JA: Have you checked the fuse? Have you checked for bad bulbs?
Customer: Yes fuses all good and swapped with new fuses. Not sure bout the relay. Can't recall if I finally tracked it down.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Disconnected battery overnight to see if that helped and nada.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Pass lock system gives me gremlins at times.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the GMC Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
