Customer Question

The symbol with a car and a lock is lighted up and my vehicle won't start, but everything else is working
JA: Does the engine turn over? How old is the battery?
Customer: no and it's only a couple of years old
JA: Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: It just won't start no noise of it cranking or anything just the light with the car and the lock is on
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Great! What have you tried so far?
Customer: I turned the key to 2 clicks waited for ten min then tried to start and nothing but then a web site said to do it again and turn off wait 5 sec then try to start so I'm doing that now I have 4 min left
JA: Is there anything else the GM Mechanic should be aware of about your GM?
Customer: No lol other than I just paid the last payment on it Wednesday after 5 years of paying for it I guess rule of thumb lol
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the GM Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
