Hi there, I am Cam. Can I get your first name please?
I am sorry to hear about this issue, your thoughts on where to start are good. Lets look a bit deeper.
With this noise, does it happen all the time, only when hot?
What is the history to this issue?
Is the check engine light on?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No check engine light is on does it when warm up
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

Ok, how did it process? Did it start all at once?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I disconnect the torque converter and i didn't seen to hear the noise
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

Ok the noise was only with the torque converter connected? Does it go away or change with engine speed or engine load aside from getting faster??

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The flywheel dont turn level when engine is running it kind of whobble a very little
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

That actually does not concern me. Provides there are no cracks around the bolts that hold the flex plate to the crankshaft. Does it look like it was hitting anything?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The flywheel not hitting anything i took the rpm up to 2000 no noise
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No noise with the torque not connect
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

Does it make the noise when you hit highway speed and the torque converter is locked up?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No sir noise only when idling sometime when it is idling in gear no noise
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

Strange. MY first thought is that there is a fault in the torque converter, but then to have it at idle is not typical. IF it was me, I would use my scanner to lock up the torque converter at idle and see what the noise does.

AS for history, did this start all at once or just start to get worse?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It didnt start all at once it just gradually got a little louder as time went on
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

Ok, How many miles do you have on it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It has a 10800 miles on it
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

only 10000 miles?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry 108000
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

ok, I may have something. I am starting to run into some that have carbon build up causing an odd knocking type noise. Lets start very simple and do a combustion chamber cleaning to remove some of the carbon build up.

My suv is a flex fuel vehicle and i put high octane gas in it is that good or bad i am doing
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ive never replace the spark plug maybe thats something to do with it
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

It should not hurt it at all. You should be able to run regular with no issues.
Spark plugs will be due by now as well. Knowing that I would also consider new plugs. Don't gap them, just get and replace. If they are out, take them back for warranty as they come gapped properly. Don't get really expensive ones, AC Delco are just fine for yours.
