Customer Question

I have a 2005 Chevy trailblazer 4.2l and I'm having problems with the ac. I tried recharging it but still no cool air. The compressor turns off and on and when it turns off the pressure is good but when it turns on the pressure drops

Hello I will help you with your question, The system is low if the pressure is low while the compressor is on, either add more til it stays on or find the leak that is allowing it to escape. Once the leak is fixed the system should be vacuumed out and only fresh R134a installed back by weight. I think it is a 2 lb charge. Please let me know how I can help Thank you
