What would cause my fuel pump fuse to keep blowing after i replaced the pump> I have put in a new relay and fuse but it keeps blowing

As you most likely realize a circuit that blows the fuse that was designed for it, is drawing too much power.
This can be from the devise itself or the wiring to the devise.

Was it blowing fuses before the pump was replaced?

To verify this I would disconnect the fuel pump and check the wire to it for a short to ground using a multimeter from the fuse to ground set on Ohms.
If this checks out OK, then the problem becomes the wire harness to the pump or the pump itself.
It may have a motor with an internal winding problem.
