2003 GMC: wont start or turn over...lights come on.

Resolved Question:

Have a 2003 GMC 2500 Duramax. It won't start or turn over. All lights come on. The crank fuse is good but don't have power to hot side of it. Where is the fuse powered from?

Fuse "IGN A", "IGN E" & Starter Relay
You need to test Voltage at Ignition Switch with Key held in CRANK position on the YELLOW wire, down to the Park / Neutral Switch (automatic), & out of Switch
